Capacity Plus Multi Site - Full Licence Key • This orders the Licence key to activate the Capacity Plus Multi Site feature in aDP2x00 / DP2x00e / SL2600 / DM2600 radio where the Capacity Plus Single Site feature has not previously been activated. • Capacity Plus Multi Site provides a multisite trunking solution. • Note: This Full Capacity Plus Multi Site license does not support Capacity Plus Single Site channels, so if a radio needs also to support Capacity Plus Single Site channels then a Capacity Plus Single Site / Incremental Capacity Plus Multi Site license combination should be purchased instead.

Term and conditions:

1. All mutual settlements between ALLIS LTD LLC and the Customer are made non-cash to settlement accounts, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

2. Prices are indicated in the national currency of Ukraine (Hryvnia), including VAT 20%.

3. The price of equipment and materials may change before signing the contract, if the Ukrainian Hryvnia changes against the Euro by more than 3%, according to the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine.

4. Payment terms:
         1) 100% advance payment for goods.
         2) 100% payment for the goods at the time the goods arrive in Ukraine to the warehouse of ALLIS LTD LLC according to the invoice with a fixed price in UAH for a period of 10 work days;

5. Delivery of the Goods to Ukraine is carried out:
         1) transport and at the expense of the Customer on EXW terms in accordance with INCOTERMS 2020 from ALLIS LTD LLC at the address: 03189, Kiev, st. Yulia Zdanovskaya, 71-Z,
         2) at the expense of ALLIS LTD LLC on DDP terms in accordance with INCOTERMS 2020 for assistance in engaging a courier service.

6. Equipment delivery time:
         1) in stock – from 1 to 5 working days
         2) to order – from 30 calendar days

7. Warranty period – from 12 to 36 months, according to the Customer’s requirements.
