Warranty
The warranty period is indicated in the description of each product on the website. The warranty is provided for a period of 6 to 24 months, depending on the product. The warranty is provided by the Manufacturer. Confirmation of warranty obligations is the product passport from the Seller.
 
You can take advantage of the opportunity to exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
  • the product was not in use and has no traces of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, software has not been modified, etc;
  • the product does not have mechanical damage caused by careless handling of accessories (also the use of non-original accessories that led to breakage);
  • the product has no damage caused by misuse;
  • the product is fully completed and the integrity of the packaging is not compromised;
  • all labels and factory markings are intact.

You can exchange the goods at our office at 71z Yulia Zdanovska St., Kyiv.

You must have the product, packaging, accessories, warranty card and documents confirming payment for the product.
If you are located in another city, you can send us the goods by Nova Poshta.
 
In case of significant defects in the goods purchased from us during the warranty period, which arose through no fault of the Buyer, you can contact us for warranty repair of the radio equipment. The Service Center will refuse warranty service in the event of
  • mechanical or other damage caused by intentional or negligent actions of the Buyer or third parties;
  • violation of the rules of use;
  • unauthorized disclosure, repair or modification of internal communications and components of the product, changes in the design or layout of the product;
  • if the serial number or MAC address on the product is changed, erased or damaged and cannot be identified;
  • if damage caused by foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects or extreme temperatures is detected inside the product.

Warranty service does not apply to the product in case of:
  • accidental damage (defects caused by the client);
  • independent disclosure, repair;
  • mechanical damage caused by careless handling of accessories (including the use of non-original accessories that led to a breakdown);
  • damages as a result of natural disasters (natural phenomena);
  • damage caused by careless treatment or use (non-compliance with the temperature regime, exposure to liquid, dust, mechanical damage, foreign objects getting inside the case);
  • damage or abnormal functioning of the product caused by failures or non-compliance with the standards of power, telecommunication, cable and other similar external factors;
  • damage caused by defects in the system in which this product was used, or caused by the connection and connection of the product to other products;
  • damage caused by an emergency increase or decrease in voltage in the network;
  • damage caused by improper use or violation of operating rules;
  • natural wear of elements in cases of exceeding the specified norms of normal operation, as well as body elements of portable products;
  • damage or abnormal functioning of the product caused by the use of non-standard and (or) low-quality consumables, accessories, spare parts, power cells.

Transportation of the faulty station is carried out at the expense of the client.

Warranty obligations do not apply to:
  • software that comes with the radio equipment
  • software that is not supplied with the radio equipment
