High-Tier Repeater Capacity PlusMulti Site Feature - Full License Key

This orders the Licence key required toactivate the Capacity Plus Multi Sitefeature in an MTR3000 / SLR 8000repeater where the Capacity Plus SingleSite feature has not previously beenactivated.Capacity Plus Multi Site provides amultisite trunking solution for up to 15sites and 24 channels (i.e. 12 repeaters*)per site with a maximum of 16 Trunkedchannels (i.e. 8 Trunked repeaters*) / 22Data Revert channels (i.e. 11 Data Revertrepeaters*) per site.All Trunked and Data Revert repeaters ina Capacity Plus Multi Site system need tohave the Capacity Plus Multi Site featureactivated using the CPS and this requiresthe purchase of a separate license key foreach repeater*.IMPORTANT NOTE: This FULL CapacityPlus Multi Site licence DOES NOTsupport Capacity Plus Single Sitechannels, so if a repeater needs also tosupport Capacity Plus Single Sitechannels then a Capacity Plus Single Site/ Incremental Capacity Plus Multi Sitelicence combination should be purchasedinstead.*Note: Excludes Digital Voting SatelliteReceivers

Term and conditions:

1. All mutual settlements between ALLIS LTD LLC and the Customer are made non-cash to settlement accounts, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

2. Prices are indicated in the national currency of Ukraine (Hryvnia), including VAT 20%.

3. The price of equipment and materials may change before signing the contract, if the Ukrainian Hryvnia changes against the Euro by more than 3%, according to the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine.

4. Payment terms:
1) 100% advance payment for goods.
2) 100% payment for the goods at the time the goods arrive in Ukraine to the warehouse of ALLIS LTD LLC according to the invoice with a fixed price in UAH for a period of 10 work days;

5. Delivery of the Goods to Ukraine is carried out:
1) transport and at the expense of the Customer on EXW terms in accordance with INCOTERMS 2020 from ALLIS LTD LLC at the address: 03189, Kiev, st. Yulia Zdanovskaya, 71-Z,
2) at the expense of ALLIS LTD LLC on DDP terms in accordance with INCOTERMS 2020 for assistance in engaging a courier service.

6. Equipment delivery time:
1) in stock – from 1 to 5 working days
2) to order – from 30 calendar days

7. Warranty period – from 12 to 36 months, according to the Customer’s requirements.
