MOTOTRBO Radio Management Licence Key

This orders the licence key to add an additional 500 radio archives to the Radio Management (RM) Server.
The RM Server can store and manage up to 5,000 radio codeplug archives.
The initial installation contains free licences for 10 radio archives by default.
Additional radio archives for Wired or OTAP management and programming need to be purchased.
The RM Server can store codeplug and template information for All MOTOTRBO radios when read/written via cable. However ONLY certain MOTOTRBO radios can be programmed over the air (OTAP).
NOTE 1: This license is no-longer required since the latest version of Radio Management (2.1.17) does NOT require the purchase of a license in order to add devices to the Server.
NOTE 2: This license will no-longer be available from the end of 2017, so in order to continue adding devices to the Radio Management Server it is important to upgrade to the latest version of Radio Management before then.

Term and conditions:

1. All mutual settlements between ALLIS LTD LLC and the Customer are made non-cash to settlement accounts, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

2. Prices are indicated in the national currency of Ukraine (Hryvnia), including VAT 20%.

3. The price of equipment and materials may change before signing the contract, if the Ukrainian Hryvnia changes against the Euro by more than 3%, according to the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine.

4. Payment terms:
1) 100% advance payment for goods.
2) 100% payment for the goods at the time the goods arrive in Ukraine to the warehouse of ALLIS LTD LLC according to the invoice with a fixed price in UAH for a period of 10 work days;

5. Delivery of the Goods to Ukraine is carried out:
1) transport and at the expense of the Customer on EXW terms in accordance with INCOTERMS 2020 from ALLIS LTD LLC at the address: 03189, Kiev, st. Yulia Zdanovskaya, 71-Z,
2) at the expense of ALLIS LTD LLC on DDP terms in accordance with INCOTERMS 2020 for assistance in engaging a courier service.

6. Equipment delivery time:
1) in stock – from 1 to 5 working days
2) to order – from 30 calendar days

7. Warranty period – from 12 to 36 months, according to the Customer’s requirements.
